Does an aging roof automatically mean I need a replacement?+
No. Age alone doesn't determine whether a roof needs replacing. Many roofs between 6 and 20 years old are still structurally sound and are strong candidates for rejuvenation rather than full replacement. That's exactly what a Free Roof Health Check is for.
How is rejuvenation different from a full roof replacement?+
